SMALL-BUSINESS WEBSITE ADVICE

Why isn’t my website generating enquiries?

First separate a visitor problem from an enquiry problem.

If almost nobody reaches your site, changing a button may not solve the main issue. If people visit but do not get in touch, it is useful to look at what they find.

Check the basics

Can someone quickly see what you do, where you work and how to contact you? Try the site on a phone and check that contact information is correct.

Understand what is measured

A form submission is different from a phone-number click. A tap may show intent, but it does not prove a completed call. Visitor counts also do not tell you whether someone was a suitable customer.

Choose the next step from the evidence

Low traffic may call for visibility work. Relevant traffic without enquiries may call for clearer information or a simpler contact route. Neither situation comes with guaranteed results.
