Yes. £299 covers setup, then £49/month keeps your website running. Prices shown are the amounts charged. Your first monthly payment is due one month after signup, even if you have not yet supplied your content. Optional extras are agreed separately.

We’ve already done the expensive design work. You choose a predefined design and we add your colours, existing logo, photos and business information. Bespoke layouts and an open-ended design process are not included.

Setup fees are refundable within 30 days of purchase, provided the first subscription payment has not been taken. Your first monthly payment is 30 days after the website setup payment. After that first payment, setup fees are non-refundable.

Within 24 hours on working days once we have all your business details. Details received on Friday afternoon mean a Monday afternoon launch. We’ll confirm any domain-access or approval dependencies with you.

Your business details, services, contact information, photos and existing logo if you have one. Rough notes or voice notes are fine—we can turn them into website text. After payment, complete the online form in My account or book a 15-minute call where we ask the questions and take the notes. You can save the form and return later.

If you provide exact text, one round of content revisions is included. If we write from your rough notes or voice notes, requested revisions cost extra. Additional revisions are £100/hour in £25 increments of 15 minutes, agreed before work starts.

Your business name, existing logo, colours, text, photos, services and contact information within your chosen template. The layout stays predefined. You can use a simple text business name if you don’t have a logo; custom logo design is extra.

You get 30 minutes each month for small content changes such as opening hours, team information or adding and replacing a few images. Unused time does not roll over. Extra work is quoted for approval before it begins.

Yes. There is no minimum contract period. Cancel your subscription or individual add-ons in My account before your next payment. Your website stays online until the end of your paid billing period, unless you receive a setup-fee refund, when it is taken offline manually as part of processing the refund.

You do. We register and manage it on your behalf. Domain registration and renewal are optional extras, quoted before purchase. We confirm the name with you before registration. You can initiate a free domain transfer at any time and let us know.

Yes. We’ll guide you through updating its nameservers. Tell us about any existing email services first so we can plan the change around them. Domain registration is not needed if you already own your name.

Yes. A £1,000 transfer fee, including VAT, provides a licence to continue using the RapidWebsites theme and a ZIP of your WordPress website files and database. Migration work and other services are not included. Third-party plugins remain subject to their own licences. Domain-only transfers are free.

Business email setup and ongoing email care are separate optional services. Choose Zoho Mail or Google Workspace; provider licence fees are separate. Manage your add-ons in My account.

We set up the foundations that help search engines discover and understand your site. Rankings and enquiries are not guaranteed. Ongoing local visibility and advertising are optional services.

No. We manage hosting, security, backups and software updates. For help or changes, email us Monday–Friday, 9am–6pm.

Online shops and complex booking-system development are outside the core offer. Tell us about a booking link or integration you need so we can confirm suitability and any additional cost before you commit.
