01 · Choose your starting design
Browse the design library and pick the layout that suits your business. We can help you decide. Layouts are predefined; your logo, colours, photos and information make the site yours.
02 · Sign up for £299
Review the offer and pay the setup fee. Work begins only after payment. Your £49 monthly payments start 30 days after your setup payment.
03 · Choose your form or 15-minute call
After payment, choose whichever route suits you: complete the online form in My account, or book a 15-minute call where we ask the questions and take the notes. You can save the form and return later. We will arrange any logo or photo handover with you.
04 · Confirm your domain
Send a preferred available .co.uk, .uk or .com, ask us to recommend one, or tell us about your existing domain. We confirm a new name before registering it and ask about existing email before changing domain settings.
05 · We customise and launch
We create your five business pages with any additional legal pages agreed separately. Once all details are provided, launch is within 24 working hours: Friday afternoon to Monday afternoon, for example. If you supply exact text, one round of content revisions is included; revisions to copy written from notes are extra.
06 · We look after it
Hosting, security, maintenance and 30 minutes of small monthly changes are included. Domain registration, renewals and additional services are separate optional costs. Email hello@rapidwebsites.io for help, Monday–Friday, 9am–6pm. Extra work is approved before it starts.
